Job Description:

• Handle tax matters across all entities, including Withholding Tax (WHT) categories such as PPh 21 Final, PPh 23, PPh 22, PPh 26, and PPh for UMKM, as well as Value Added Tax (VAT). Ensure accurate daily and monthly reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile VAT OUT, VAT IN, and special VAT documents, providing reports in Coretax for each reporting period. 
• Maintain and reconcile WHT for PPh 21 and PPh 23, and generate reports in Coretax consistently.
• Handle daily bookkeeping activities and record general ledger entries.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
• Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including vouchers and invoices.
• Manage sales transactions, petty cash activities, and journal postings.
• Handle fixed asset acquisition & depreciation management.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Profound knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting standards (PSAK), as well as having Brevet A & B certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, or similar programs.
• Meticulous, reliable, and highly motivated to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively and capable of working under deadlines.
• Has high initiative, fast learning capability, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Bali.
