Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. We also don't allow cancellations. Make sure you double-check your order before confirming payment.
How long does it take to complete my order?
The order completion process takes between 2–4 days, not including shipping time.
How will I know when my order is on the way?
After ordering, we'll send you an email once your package ships. The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.

What's your return policy?
We do not accept exchanges or returns for items that have been purchased.
If we accidentally send goods that are not in accordance with the customer's order, we will replace the wrong goods sent with the correct item without any additional costs. Customers must show proof of the goods received within 3 days of receiving their order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. For debit cards, ensure online transactions are enabled. Common reasons include insufficient funds, mismatched billing info, bank restrictions, non-existent account, or transaction limits.
