Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. We also don't allow cancellations. Make sure you double-check your order before confirming payment.
How long does it take to complete my order?
The order completion process takes between 2–4 days, not including shipping time.
How will I know when my order is on the way?
After ordering, we'll send you an email once your package ships. The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.
