Warranty

We will repair any damage to your frame due to factory defects within 6 months of purchase. If the damage is irrepairable, we will replace the frame with a new one. The warranty does not cover broken or damaged frames due to improper use, such as being crushed, stepped on, dropped, or negligently caused.

Our sunglasses come with a 3-month or 6-month warranty, depending on your purchased sunglasses. Terms and conditions apply when claiming this warranty.

If your frame is damaged or broken due to your negligence within 6 months of the purchase date, we will give an IDR 15K discount for the replacement frame.

We will replace your lens within 2 weeks after purchase if you feel any discomfort in your vision when wearing your glasses due to the inaccuracy of the prescription compared to the eye test result or the prescription provided at our store. The warranty is not applicable if the discomfort is caused by an inaccurate prescription you provided.

We offer a free replacement if the anti-reflective coating on your lens is damaged due to a factory defect within the first 6 months from your purchase date. The warranty does not cover damaged lens coatings due to improper use or negligence, for example: stepped on, dropped, hairline scratches due to regular use, or exposure to chemicals or heat.

We offer a lifetime service of free eye tests and consultations by our team of qualified experts.

You will receive free fitting, cleaning, and maintenance for your glasses. Our dedicated team will ensure that your glasses are perfectly fitted to your face, providing optimal comfort and functionality. Should your glasses require any minor repairs, our warranty also covers those services.
