All optical frames and sunglasses come with a 1 year warranty and will be repaired or replaced if irreparable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or negligence, such as being dropped, crushed, or stepped on.

If your optical frame or sunglasses are damaged due to negligence within 1 year of purchase, you are eligible for 20% off a replacement pair. This offer can be used once within the 1 year period.

Replacement applies if you experience visual discomfort due to lenses that do not match your prescription. Valid for prescriptions from our eye test service or a prescription provided by the customer.

This warranty does not apply if the visual discomfort is caused by an inaccurate prescription provided by the customer.

Free replacement if the anti-reflective coating is damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
