Warranty

All optical frames and sunglasses come with a 1 year warranty and will be repaired or replaced if irreparable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or negligence, such as being dropped, crushed, or stepped on.

If your optical frame or sunglasses are damaged due to negligence within 1 year of purchase, you are eligible for 20% off a replacement pair. This offer can be used once within the 1 year period. 

We will replace your lenses within 1 month of purchase if you experience visual discomfort due to lenses that do not match your prescription. This applies to prescriptions obtained through our eye test service as well as prescriptions provided by the customer.

This warranty is not applicable if the discomfort is caused by an inaccurate prescription provided by the customer.

We offer a free lens replacement if the anti-reflective coating is damaged due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or negligence, such as being dropped, crushed, stepped on, exposed to chemicals or excessive heat, or hairline scratches resulting from normal use.

We provide free fitting, cleaning, maintenance, nose pad replacements, and minor repairs for the lifetime of your glasses to help keep them comfortable and in their best condition.
