Job Description:

• Monitor and coordinate all inventory processes, including stocktaking, incoming and outgoing stock, and actual stock reconciliation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to management regarding inventory control strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and set inventory goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management work processes and flow to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory and supply chain management, preferably in retail, with at least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
