Job Description
Marketing & Strategy
- Contribute to the implementation of the Company’s marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Responsible for managing and developing the Company’s branding.
Campaigns & Execution
- Organize and execute promotional events and digital campaigns.
- Assist in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to improve reach and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop marketing materials and ensure proper distribution.
Social Media & Content
- Handle social media activities, including content planning, caption writing, posting, and audience engagement.
- Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including social media posts.
Administrative Support
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth functionality and coordination of departmental activities.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.
- At least two years of experience in related fields.
- Required Skills: All Marketing processes (e.g., Marketing Plan, Social Media Plan, Activity Plan, Copywriting, SEO, etc.)
- Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems, web page analytics, customer relationship management, and other relevant software.
- Self-driven and a team player. Demonstrate ability to work effectively with a team.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
